The Process

Your efforts to help your family sleep better are supported in a multi-faceted approach.

Your family’s success in independent sleep relies greatly on your support systems throughout the process. I’ll deliver several types of assistance as you move through this work.

We’ll start by assessing the current state of things: your family’s lifestyle, what type of rhythm (if any) that your child has, where they sleep and how that’s working for your family. I’ll also learn more about your preferred parenting style to best match you with a plan that you’ll feel confident seeing through. Finally, we’ll talk about how you’d like things to change.

After we discuss the current state of sleep, I’ll get to work outlining a detailed plan. You’ll receive a written plan for your unique situation. Referring back to it as your child develops new habits or enters new phases can be a reliable tool.

You’ll have additional support once your child starts learning to sleep independently. In our follow-up calls, I’ll offer advice and reassurance, we will troubleshoot anything unexpected, and make any necessary adjustments to the plan.
